He dropped the blog when he left town and never got back into it. Moved back to town after a few years but never came back to Seawolf hockey. Have only seen him at a handful of games. No in depth or inside the team posts. Just a half hearted mish mash of drivel. It was a slow agonizing death.
Good ! Glad to be rid of him and all the crap that came out of his mouth. He had a way saying the most hateful things about any other team and person he did not like. The powers that be at UAA have told him to watch what he says or have your creds pulled again. I think the only ones that enjoy his rants are a very few of his minons that follow him. I dislike the things he says about our coach our team and the disrespect he has shown our town. Fairbanks is a great hockey town and just a good community in general. So sad UAA and Anchorage has Mr. Dunlop to represent them in that way. I hope a new and better blog starts up for this team that has had its own problems. I'm sure to get a response of how smart he is using really big words to try and empress us once again. So come on Donald ,show us your ass one last time.

And for the record ... I did not ask UAA for the credential. I had no intent to do so when I already made up my mind to return to Anchorage and restart the blog. I started the blog almost 10 years ago. It's growth and or demise have always been at my pace. I have mentioned and continue to plan for a time when this evolves into something else but keeping a roof over my head, eating and living exclusively on a bike (by choice) have not allowed me as yet to put together something new. Those things will or wont happen sooner or later. Or not.
DD, I feel in this day and age, a blog is a benefit for any sport. I know you love UAA hockey, I remember you saying on your blog that nobody loved UAA hockey more than you, NOBODY. Remember? You have always been a cheerleader for the team, through thick and thin. I hope things come together for you so that you can develop this blog into something we can all be proud of ... that Cobb would have been proud of. If not this season, then next. Take care.
