Update: Apparently Curtis Leinweber is a game time decision as to whether he'll be able to play.  So Daniel Naslund has been added to the lineup as an "extra" in the case that Curtis is unable to go.

I didn't (as I'd hoped) get up at 6am to even attempt to watch a replay if there actually was one.  Was there one?  Did anyone see it?  Record it?  I'm dedicated and all.  But a 6am replay of a game I knew the result of is a bit more than I'm capable of I suppose.

The only lineup change for the skaters is Gellert in for Naslund.  Kwas moves up to center Grant and Wiles with Gellert taking his Friday spot between Haddad and Pustin.  Kamal will take his turn in net.

I was hoping to find some analytical observations about UAA's play somewhere.  I didn't.  Here's a sampling of some postive things that were said by people that actually got to see the game.
...they didn't look like a bottom half team I wouldn't be surprised if they compete for home ice.
...UAA can flat out play.

...it was, from what I am led to believe by Ciskie and Pates, a game with exciting saves and plays and blocked shots. The last 7 or 8 minutes were just INSANE. The last two minutes of regulation nearly killed me.
Yep ... that's pretty much the extent of it.  My bad for thinking analytical and UMD fan could possibly go together.

The CoverItLive chat room will be below and come online about 15 mins before game time.  Since B2 won't be destroying my expectations and harshing on my excitement today, I shouldn't be throwing as many f-bombs.

At least I had the pleasure of listening to Kurt's call on the radio, that's something I don't do often enough.  That man can really bring the feel of the game through on the radio.  I guess I didn't need to see the last ten minutes to know how crazy up and down the game was.

i think a win is inportant tonight. going winless no matter how close the games are is still winless in four. Hope the goaltending is sharp tonight.

Anon,
Agreed completely.

Agree, also. Gundy played great, Kamal can't stumble in the opening minutes. My guess is that UMD was embarassed, even though they won in OT and will come out on fire.
